Sonny Bandyopadhyay is a Co-Founder and the Executive Director of Global HEED. He is a graduate of Emory University.
Zain Ahmed is a Co-Founder of Global HEED. He graduated from Emory University and is a current medical student at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine.
Guatemala Project Team
Heather Hale is the Guatemala Project Coordinator and is a part of the Guatemala Project Team. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia – Charlottesville (UVA) and the Emory University School of Nursing.
Kaylin Pennington is a Director of Healthcare Programs and is a part of the Guatemala Project Team. She is a graduate of Stanford University.
Flora Chang is a Director of Healthcare Programs and is a part of the Guatemala Project Team. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
Fiorella Castillo is a Director of Healthcare Programs and a former Graduate Fellow in Calhuitz, Guatemala, and she is a part of the Guatemala Project Team. She is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and also earned her Masters of Science in Public Health from the Johns Hopkins – Bloomberg School of Public Health.
GT Wharton is a consultant for microfinance education and is a part of the Guatemala Project Team. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill, and is currently earning his MS in Applied Economics at Johns Hopkins University.
Rebecca Wolpin is a Linguist Director specializing in Spanish, and is a part of the Guatemala Project Team. She holds a PhD in Spanish Literature from Princeton University.
Technology
Patrick Cook is a founding member of Global HEED and is the organization’s Technical Director. He is a graduate of Emory University.
Operations
James Banks is a founding member of Global HEED and is the organization’s Director of Development. Previously, he planned & led initiatives for Global HEED within Nepal. He is a graduate of the University of California – Berkeley and is a current medical student at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He plans to pursue a career in academic radiology with a research emphasis in telemedicine and quality improvement.
Finance and Accounting
Tim Topicz is the Financial Advisor for Global HEED. He is a graduate of the Ohio State University.
Madhu Srinivasan is the Financial Advisor for Global HEED. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and is currently pursuing her MBA at the Wharton School.
mHealth Strategy Team
Chris Arriola is a Co-Director of mHealth Strategy and is a part of the mHealth Project Team. He is a graduate of Rutgers University, and earned a graduate degree in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
Igor Radovitskiy is a Co-Director of mHealth Strategy and is a part of the mHealth Project Team. He is a graduate of Emory University.
Ling Miao is a part of the mHealth Project Team. She is currently a student at the Wharton School, at the University of Pennsylvania.
