Global HEED mHealth Program Overview

Global HEED’s role in implementing an mHealth program is to provide technological and administrative services to our project partners located throughout the world. Based on their needs, the Global HEED mHealth team has identified a suitable technology and will support in implementing throughout the entire process.

On the technology side of the equation, Global HEED is responsible for setting up the infrastructure, providing training on how to use the technology, assisting in troubleshooting issues, and providing general support for the overall project.

On the project management side, Global HEED will be actively involved in the administration of the program such as creating a timeline for the project, creating an implementation strategy, assisting with sustainability, and identifying metrics to assess the effectiveness of the project.
